On a recent trip to Kuwait in November 2015, Dr. Graffeo presented a seminar on “Creating your Future, Personal Leadership and Professional Growth” to over 200 Kuwait University students. Also, Dr. Graffeo presented a seminar on “succession planning” to senior technical and HR managers at the Kuwait HR Academy, KU Global Center. The KU Global Center is focused on programs for leadership development and aims to develop programs for managers and executives in the corporate world by providing potential managers with cross-functional insight and product responsibilities, thereby improving overall performance. The Global Center has developed its programs in collaboration with many international universities such as Harvard, MIT, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, and Insead to name a few.
