On April 7, 2015, Dr. Graffeo presented a seminar on “the nine leadership attributes you should look for when hiring or promoting staff” to senior technical and HR managers at the Kuwait HR Academy, KU Global Center. The KU Global Center is focused on programs for leadership development and aims to develop programs for managers and executives in the corporate world by providing potential managers with cross-functional insight and product responsibilities, thereby improving overall performance. The Global Center has developed its programs in collaboration with many international universities such as Harvard, MIT, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, and Insead to name a few.
